On Friday night, 14th June 2013, I arrived at the airport to catch a flight to George. Two minutes later both Frans and Marli met me at Departures B terminal, the paperwork was ready, I paid cash, they were courteous and friendly, I handed over my car keys and car and I left.
On my return, being Sunday evening, 16th June 2013, I switched my phone back on, I received a call from Frans, whilst I was waiting to collect my luggage.By the time I had walked through to the same terminal, where I had dropped off my car, Frans was waiting patiently with my vehicle, which they had washed before he handed me my keys and he placed my luggage into the car and wished me a safe trip home.
I was most impressed with the outstanding service, a friendly smile and his professional conduct. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and for going the extra mile and for washing the car. Thank you Aircare Carpark, you deserve to succeed, especially with such awesome service and a friendly face.
