On the 19th of September I was booked to travel to Durban from Pretoria. On our arrival at the Johannesburg bus station, we were told to board into a CK Tours bus. None of us were made aware prior to the trip that we will not be traveling with Citiliner but instead a CK Tours bus, no explanation no apology for the inconvenience. On our way I discovered that the rubber that sealed the window next to me was worn out and brought an enormous amount of cold wind. Just when I thought that was bad, I noticed that the buses lights were extremely faulty because the dim lights did not work, only one dim light worked and was hardly noticeable and it could only use the bright light. At times the driver would be forced to drive without the lights on of which was extremely scary and it placed our lives in the worse danger ever. The driver was very skillful non the less because we reached Durban safely. Citiliner should respect its customers by at least notifying them in time of such inconveniences and make very sure that all its customers lives are protected and not placed in danger by using a non roadworthy bus. I personally would never ever use this bus liner.
