I am a very angry and disgusted person, my name is lucille heslop. on the 29th of september we arrived at durban station and picked up out tickets for a citiliner bus that was leaving at 9. the bus arrived on time only to find it was a rented bus by citiliner which was CK TOURS, no body came to the passengers to explain why we were taking CK tours and not citiliner which is what my fiance and i had booked. the bus we boarded was not a luxury liner like citiner, once the bus got on the road we found that there was cold air coming from all over the bus and the driver could not figure out how to switch on the air so we travled hours in the cold and rain to make it worse 2 hours away from johannesburg the bus broke down we then had to w8 2 hours for another bus to pick us up and we were freezing not to mention we had babies in the bus. i have arrived home but i am so sick and upon visiting the doctor he has said i have the flu as well as broncitis and apology is not going to help in this matter. before i take further action i would like to know what citiliner is going to do about this matter. this is disgusting. and i will take this furtherif no body contacts me
