Last night, after buy tickets online with Kulula on THEIR website, I proceeded to check my balance in my bank account. I was horrified to watch almost 80 000 Norwegian Krone disappear infront of my eyes as the Kulula website made multiple deductions of 10 000 and 20 000 NOK until my account was empty.
WHAT IS GOING ON!!! SECURE WEBSITE with CERTIFICATE.
Kulula you have a BIG BIG problem.
I will be contacting the police in Norway today about this event, however some explanation from your side to me as a customer who lost close to a R100 000 entrusting C.C details to your company need to be done.
