Buses not stopping for passengers

I am utterly disgusted by how your employees treats your customers.

After waiting for a bus in vanguard road/voortrekker road for 15 minutes an empty bus comes and the driver didn't open making signals that the bus was full when there was not even 1 passenger standing. The time was 17:33 his bus number was 6307.

Abt 3 minutes later another bus comes, few passengers standing @ the door bt bus was empty at the back, the drivers made signals again that the bus is full.unfortunately for him passengers were getting off, when we tried to get in he closed the doors. What if someone was hurt what then??? Pity I don't have his bus number.but I want this followed up, he drives the last Melkbos bus from Makhaza in the mornings.why are we buying tickects then if your drivers are not going to service us???
