I emailed Kulula on 7 June and to date have still not had a reply to my email. The summary of my email was:
1.Firstly, as I was travelling for the day for business all I had was a laptop bag and a small sling handbag;
2.The amount and size of hand luggage that travelers are allowed on your flight has got completely out of control - some people have 3/4 bags? Where is the control
3.I spent R3, 059 on a ticket and I had to fly with my laptop and my bag under my seat as there was no space in the overhead sto-away and the airhostess where not helpful at all; This is half the price of some international flights?
4.My handbag and laptop bag is not something that can be handed in to be put in baggage assist;
5.Secondly, I sat in a middle seat and had to sit hunched over as both gentleman on either side had no idea of the etiquette of who the arm rest belongs to on a flight. I would strongly suggest that as an airline you educate flyers about the etiquette of flying maybe publish an article in your magazine? Just a suggestion.
Could I have the courtesy of a reply to my email. I am flying on your airline yet again on the 18/21 June and I dont feel like experiencing this again
