Booked SAA flights from Cape Town to Johannesburg, late June '13. Actually, it was booked via Emirates, who is in partnership with these nitwits at SAA.
Took the booking references and wanted to manage my booking online - they didn't work. Emailed to sort out, call centre, they sent me the very same booking references.
Finally they said they would not work online, because "a travel agency issued them" (but they are valid SAA references).
What a bunch of. They still haven't heard of customer satisfaction.
I hope I never again fly SAA.
I will pray they go bankrupt so that the private sector can sort things out.
