I have now had enough of QVC. There is only one winner here and it"s QVC. I am again in a postion where i am unable to make a booking. They keep reducing my points which i am unable to use due to lack of booking opportunities. I request that a director contact me as i am now taking this matter up legally and want my contract cancelled. How can anyone take money from people for a service that cannot be offered and then still remove points because they have not been used. THIS EXPLANATION COULD BE INTERESTING.
