Wrong dates on bookings from Trunslux

I did my booking and I had my friend standing next to me which confirmed I selected the right dates for Trunslux bus fares, the reference I got now from Trunslux I phoned to confirm with Trunslux my booking and the booking office gave me the wrong date for my booking which I have paid for now, they simply state you must pay for the damages they have caused. You cannot trust any Trunslux online booking or pay on the Internet, rather best not trusting Trunslux online Internet bookings as they change the dates either on their system or having problems with incorrect information loading onto their systems. Rather go to a Trunslux office and book your ticket there. I have to pay a penalty charge now to get a refund of poor system data entry calculations or Trunslux untrustworthy Internet and have to pay now Trunslux penalty charges.
