Trying to get my refund out of Mango Refunds

I tried to make an online booking for a flight to Durban and paid via their SID portal by EFT for R1242.50. The money came off my account but the portal gave me an error message, that the transaction didn't go through. I immediately called the call centre to try and resolve it. After numerous calls the operator Sahil Hoosen assured me that the money was not received by them and that it will come back to my account as it never reached it's destination. He also said that I must make another booking and that he will cancel the original booking. I then made another booking and paid R 1192.50.The next morning I called Mango Refunds to find out where the money was and spoke to Maizaan Horn. after giving her all the details of the original booking she then told me that the IT Department will investigate and get back to me. On the 6th Sep she mailed me and told me that they did get the money and that their management approved the refund, but with R200.00 less which I contested. She then told me 7-14 working days which lapsed the 2nd Oct. Still no refund. Today I was told in 2 days as Fin will only release it today. I work in Fin. and if the money's released before 16h00 it reflect next day
