Service and Misleading Customers

We booked a return trip on Intercity via the internet. The website shows 5 star service with luxury airconditioned, fully serviced buses. My parents were picked up on Scottburgh on 16th January at 20h50 to come to Jhb. The bus provided was anything but a luxury bus. It was filthy and stank. Most importantly, the bus had no onboard toilets. Definitely not a fully serviced bus.

We contacted the bus Company via email, and demanded an explanation on 17th January. My wife spoke to Nikita on 18th January who promised an answer today. The manager did not take any time to call us back, hes a very busy man. Several calls made by us, we were told that he was out praying and would call back after 17h00. We spoke to Andrea and she said he was back in office and would call, we must hold. I asked that he call me back. At 17h15 we receive an sms stating we can get 20% of our next purchase.

We called back and spoke to Andrea, and she said they would refund us our return trip money and we demanded money in our account on 19th, she called back and said Ameen would do that on 21st.

This company misled us on their website. Service and going to sue.
