Good day, I am a member of VRS and am so disgusted by the information received as i spoke to three different agents named Leilani (which assisted me very nicely with my KAGGA KAMMA boking) however contacting VRS via email i requested an update on my points and a updated list with the availble places we can go too- UPDATED LIST INCLUDED i Avalon Springs.club mykonos etc which i was VERY in favour of and seemed more like places i would go too, however i contacted and spoke to Charlene and she confirmed that the availability for Dec 2013 was not available and then i called and spoke to Leilani and she apparently put me on a waiting list for Avalon springs BUT WITH MY CALL TODAY I DISCOVERED I WAS NOT ON A WAITING LIST???
MY CALL TODAY I spoke to Emmanuel AGAIN and he said that Avalon springs is private owned and they have partial affiliation through RCI AND THEY DONT REALLY DO THE WESTERN CAPE REGION YET THE UPDATED USER GUIDE GAVE ME A LIST WITH WONDERFUL CAPE TOWN RESORTS YET ITS NOT AVAILABLE???
IM DISSAPOINTED AS I FEEL MISLED AND THAT THESE AGENTS SPEAK AS IF THEY WORK FOR DIFFERENT COMPANY, SO DISSAPOINTED AS WE MAKE PAYMENT EVERY MONTH???
