Money gone to waste

Book had booked a bus through Greyhoud and was unable to use it. When I cancelled the ticket, I was told I could rebook at anytime. I lost my refinance number and called the Custer care and they where the Most unhelpful ever! They have a no refund policy but unwilling to assist when a client has lost their reference number. This was booked with a Discovery Vitality discount.
