I bought 2 tickets to Europe at the end of March and while doing my EFT I made a mistake and paid to much money. I contacted the KLM Air France office the following day and was told that it was not a problem - I need to fill in a claim form and the money will be paid back to me. It is now 2 months later and I am still trying to get the money out of them. I have had t re-claim as the first claim went missing even though I was following up with them and was told that everything was on track. I have now sent another follow up e-mail as I was expecting the money from the second claim to be paid out by now. Unfortunately I am not getting any response. I live in Europe and bought the tickets for my parents so every time I phone and get put on hold I am paying for an international call. I find this service unacceptable.
