Mango Airlines-Low cost airline, low class service

Having travelled extensively over the last few years, I am amazed how Mango airlines have no regard wrt the service they provide to their cutomers. Travelled to Durban from Cape Town on Sunday 11/08, I was shocked to find that my brand NEW travell bag was returned to me on baggage collection full of oil and Grease. I was not the only customer! When i went to the baggage counter a gentleman called Patrick confirmed that there was nothing they could do. He passed the buck and told me to go back to Cape Town as they should sort it out. When I landed in Cape Town I went to the baggage counter and they put me thorugh to the baggage manager called Johan. He wanted me to drop off the bag on Tuesday 13/08 as I flew to JHB. He promised to call me back the same day on how this will be resolved. Three days later and I am yet to receive a call from him. This is what Mango think of their clients. I work for a big corporate and I will certainly not use nor recommend that any of my colleagues use them. If they dont hold their customers in high regard, I am certain that another airline would!! Well done Mango, you have just lost a customer and I will ensure that you will lose many more!!!
