Our bus was turned around 45 minutes away from PIetermaritzburg because they chose to take an extra driver with them back to Durban. Now you've inconvenienced the passengers who have sat at Montrose for 2 hours and us who are now due to arrive 2 hours later than originally planned. Yes delays on all modes of transport happen but this could have been prevented. Oh and this is the message we receive with no time estimates or anything.
