Yesterdays bus from Durban via Bloem to Cape town.
The bus that I booked was to leave @ 11.30 but only then the bus arrived then we left @ 11:45, which wasn't bad.
The next thing when we arrived at Montrose we where told only then that there is a problem with the bus and we have to wait for a bus from PMB to continue with us. We waiting for 2hrs and 30mnts for the bus, after 3hrs that was then when we received an sms from Greyhound with the delays. Just imagine other passengers from Harrismith and Welkom who were waiting for the bus that took forever... I am so disappointed n hurt, how can Greyhound mess with passangers by risking and giving us a bus that wasn't fit enough to reach its destination. Is everything all about money in this world, what happened to services
