Voyager - Useless and pathetic service

I've not tried a number of times to log into my Voyager account, which was eventually locked. I wrote E-mails, without any response. I phone today, in which case they mentioned that my password will be mailed. Yet I have not received anything. I've accumulated a number of miles and by this time, with all the struggling to get access and response, I've probably lost those miles, which I could have used by now. In January I also went to the desk at Johannesburg (OR Tambo) Airport, upon which a very helpful lady assisted me. Still, I was told to contact Voyager. The service is pathetic.
