Deducted funds from my credit card incorrectly

Since yesterday i have been trying to get some kind of customer service, below is a message i posted on FB after no reply to my email.

I have been clicking pay pay pay on your website trying to buy tickets, I keep getting an error screen "Oops"

I then checked my credit card and I see it didn't stop you from deducting the money from my account.

I checked my email and I dont have any tickets.

Whats the chance of getting someone to follow through with the email I sent to [Email Removed] and getting back to me, and an email asking me to call you doesn't count.

Eventually after nagging on FB i got a call right at the end of the day, which resulted in me being told visa says my bank is denying the transaction.

I then call my bank, who check into the matter, they said the funds have been deducted from my account by commair and available for them to complete the transaction, this will be pending for 5 days.

If i log into my account online with my credit card it shows a payment to commair like this "20130528 COMAIR LTD. MN OHMMWEB SOUTH AFR000ZAA R 3, 382.00".

I understand there can be problems its how you handle them??
