I cannot pay a "pending" orde

On Saturday 31 August I went on to iTickets to buy NAG LAN tickets. After struggling for 2 Hours to get to the Payment page due to their system being unable to handle the load I entered my payment details and being redirected to the home page I have been waiting for my confirmation email. Today I received an email from iTickets stating that my order was pending and payment was not received but if I send in my proof of payment within a week I would receive my tickets. Wanting to send them my proof of payment I checked my online banking and found that my account had not been debited. I have tried contacting iTickets several times and have asked them about paying my pending order but they have repeatedly told me that the tickets were sold out (including my "pending") ones on the day of the sale. I would like to know how my tickets are pending but were not reserved and why I cannot pay them and receive my tickets.
