I booked online 3 months in advance, dropped my wife at the airport only to be called to be told they needed me to present the card I made the booking with, this was not mentioned in the booking process and I now see it in the fine print in the email presented. If I had made this booking from another town this would not have been possible. I am now fretting for the return leg as my wife does not have the card the booking was made with.
This is ludicrous and no other airline carrier has such a stupid policy. I shall not use this airline again until this policy is reviewed.
There was an executive of another company experiencing the same issue at the time I presented my card, having had to return with my children in the car including an autistic child, at the cost of petrol, time and trauma.
Far from Impressed.
