As usual we booked over a month in advance, and paid! When we arrived, we were greeted by a receptionist who was licking food of her hands, and the host's representative did not have the decency to stop shuffling his deck of cards to assist us with our grievances. We were given the dodgy back room, with no shower, bath only. The door didn't lock, and to make matters worse, the hostess said she did not think it was safe to have her lady guests stay back there! What does that tell you! She then blamed us for booking late, and when we proved the contrary, she told us if her rooms are dodgy we must sleep elsewhere! Shocking! We booked here on a monthly basis. She does not need our business so we are taking it elsewhere!
