Refund what's due to us

My sister bought 3 tickets at Johannesburg Park Station for me and 2 other friends to travel from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. However she didn't explain to the sales person that the people traveling are not with her and that lead to the tickets being printed out. She called me and gave me the ticket reference number. When we got to the Nelspruit bus station we provided the reference number and the lady confirmed that we are on the passenger list however she wouldn't let us take the bus as we didnt have the tickets, tried explaining to her that the person who bought the tickets is in Johannesburg with the tickets but that still didn't help. Needless to say the bus left us and we ended up buying new tickets costing us an unbudgeted R420. We'd lke to be refunded the amount for the initial tickets as the tickets were not used.
