I bought Ramfest tickets day pass tickets after the camping tickets sold out, they were the same price (weird I know)
Then I noticed on Ramfest's Facebook page that they are now releasing new camping tickets at the same price I bought my normal tickets.
I emailed Ticketbreak to enquire if it is possible to get my old tickets changed over into camping tickets since they are the same price, and the very next day it was sorted!
10 for Ticketbreak! Can't believe there are still companies in South Africa where we have gotten used to mediocre service, who went the extra mile on this, they didn't have to do it, but they did.
Thanks a million guys, next year Ticketbreak and Ramfest will be seeing my money again!
