After filing a complaint on Hello Peter (on 20th May), Umhlanaga Cabs immediately contacted me to apologize and inform me that they had made a billing error. The correct fee from Umlanga Rocks drive to Splashes in Glenashley is R100 (not the R180 that I paid).
Umhlanag Cabs has since re-imbursed me with R80.
