On 6 May 2013 I checked in with SAA at Port Elizabeth, for connecting flights on-route Jhb, Zurich and Duesseldorf, Germany. Arriving in Duesseldorf on 7 May 2013, realising the Counter Attendant booked my luggage to Frankfurt. Being in Germany, Oberhausen for business, I was left with NO luggage or business material. The struggle, costs occurred just to try and get my luggage back 3 days thereafter! Obviously I had to undergo the EXPENSE in EURO's to buy proper, professional clothing since I was there on business, my luggage therefore were overweight with 3kg on my return back to SA. At O.R. Tambo checking in for my flight back to P.E., the attendant refused to grant me the overweight and DEMANDED I pay in the EXCESS, even though I have given him and his Supervisor the PROOF and REFERENCE captured by Lufthansa in Duesseldorf that SAA wrongly booked my luggage through to Frankfurt. The way they treated me, the embarrassment at the counter, the inconvenienced caused AND to top it all, am I a frequent flyer on SAA! I DEMAND AN APOLOGY AS WELL AS COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SAA CAUSED ME!
