Lack of feedback despite logging a complaint!

I was stuck at the Dubai airport on 17 Feb for over 24 hours where no food vouchers were even given to me nor was I allowed to leave the airport to check into a hotel as a visa would not be awarded to me given I was put onto a waiting list! Subsequently I provided all the details and logged a complaint to the Emirates Customer Affairs on the 21st Feb with a reference number JNB/X/CK/220213/6844008 provided where they said they would investigate and give me feedback WITHIN 30 days - i've emailed them further twice post this being logged. To date, I've received no further acknowledgement nor feedback from the "Customer" affairs dept!! I cannot believe how you treat your clients that way! I'm disgusted! I will NEVER fly with Emirates again despite having always flown with them for every international trip I've made the last 4-5 years!
