I got a phone from Jabba Connect that didn't work to my satisfaction. They said I could send the phone back, but I had to pay for transport. Firstly the transport was R500!!! This is far too expensive and now they say that, because I haven't paid, I now owe them R1000!!! This is totally unacceptable. Please respond.
