NO MEANS OF TRANSPORT SUPPLIED

I bought an I10, which is now four months old. The car had trouble starting during this past week and I get 10km's on a litre of petrol in stead of 18km's as per the brochures. I phoned Hyundai Centurion with my problem, they said they will be abe to help me in eight days with a booking, but that I had to wait for the car and no means of transport is supplied. I need a car during the day for means of transport! After telling them that, they said it's not their policy to supply courtecy cars and that I can wait for the car for a few hours. And when asking what tehy suggest, they said to try another Hyundai branch and ask them if they will be able to assist me. This is a BRAND NEW CAR!! They also said if one brings in one's car for a service, no courtecy vehicles is supplied, this is 100% understandable. But THIS IS NOT A REGULAR SERVICE! There is something wrong with the car and I don't understand why I should be without transport while they check what is wrong with the car.
