I booked return tickets for my daughter to fly from Cape Town to Lanseria. She cannot use them any more and I would like to give them to someone else, but I am now told it is a legal document, they cannot do a name change. I totally disagree, it is a ticket bought like any other product. Mango is willing to change the one bought for my son, it theirs not a legal document?? I realise I cannot get my money back (would have preferred it) but I feel it is my ticket, I can give it away if I want to.
