5 Months battle to cancel contract

I send a request to cancel my membership to Flexi Club on 1 December 2012. I send a number of emails to them but they did not respond until March 2013.I requested a copy of the club rules and to date have not received them. Eventually they send me the criteria for cancellation on 9 March 2013. Criteria as follows:1. Must be member for no less than 5 years, 2. Purchased price must be settled in full, 3. All accounts must be settled in full, 4. Cancellation request must be received between 1 January an 31 May. I had to pay the levy for 2013 which was due in January 2013, the amount of R10561.11. I met all their criteria and after I deposited the money in their bank account, they did not respond to any of my emails. Try phoning but Arny Nortje is never at his desk. The customer care is totally useless. I was told by Anelee that my file has gone to the board of trustees for approval and the process takes 16 days. 28 Days has passed since and customer told me now it will take two months.By playing delaying tactics the manipulated me to pay the new levies for 2013 although
I will not benefit in any way.By playing this game they can keep you in the loop indefinately.
