Cancelation fee extortion

After booking a flight on the SAA website to Zambia for an employee we read that a yellow fever certificate is mandatory which the employee does not have. So we canceled the flight by phone 15 minutes later. We payed by credit card and SAA keeps 25% for a cancelation fee??? This is plain! The flight was R5900.00 they get to keep R1475.00 for doing nothing.
