I made an enquiry about accommodation at Primi Oxford House on the 07/05/2013. I received a quote on 08/05/2013 at 10.53am I called the call centre to confirm and told the lady that I would be making payment. I did the online credit card payment and received confirmation about 10 minutes later. I then called the call centre to query the check in system and the lady told me that it seems like the establishment made a mistake on the quote, they would have to call them to confirm, but if I had made payment the owner would have to honour the quote given. I then get a call and was told that the rooms requested were no longer available. Bull! Don't and tell me that the rooms are no longer available, they were still available on [URL Removed] be honest and tell me that they made a mistake with the price and I would have been happy to pay the difference. Will not use your service again after that... thanks!
