I am booked on the 01:45 bus on 08 May 2013 from Knysna to Cape Town.
At 03:00 I place a call to Greyhound's Customer Care Centre, after being placed on hold and advertised to for 10 minutes at R2.85 per minute, totalling R28.50, I spoke to a consultant who informed me that sms notifications were sent out to inform passengers of a 2 hour delay, a notification I did not receive and my phone bill will be able to prove that, this is after I had been standing on the side of the road for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
I demand a refund for the two hours I have now lost as well as the phone call.
