I can believe QVC staff is this rude,
I asked Fathima Rajah for a contract, she sent me a mail informing that Unfortunately she will not get my contract because its at head office and not with her, i need to get it myself from head office.
For the past 3 month she been assisting me with an upgrade, due to me request something she doesn't want to assist me with his passing me on.
You Service really does, no like her manager is doing anything, Warren keeps forwarding us to Mrs no service.
