I was handed over to Bennett and associates (body lab head office) due to overdue funds after I cancelled my contract in 2012. Cherise was meant to help me and for two months she has done nothing. eventually I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could only email a manager. Cherise got extremely rude and began to shout on the phone, im sorry but no matter what a customer does or says you do not raise your voice or get rude with them. I am tired of this company and their incompetent staff!
