I am disgusted at the poor service and terrible attitude I received from your club when requesting a copy of my contract. Maggy at the front desk was unhelpful, very rude and sarcastic. I was unimpressed and very irate. There was nobody else who could assist or talk to. She was unable to provide a complaints procedure besides contacting the head office (who referred me to the club as they could not trace any membership) and commented that head office is "useless". What impression does this give? I then had to follow up for the contract after being told that the matter would be attended to and it never was.
