QVC has made many false promises, some of which are:
I have won a car in a competition in which I have never entered - This is a hoax to get you to their premises in Midrand. They then show you slides about false holiday vacations and entice you in to signing lengthy small print agreements to become a member but you have in fact won nothing.
They promise you holiday vacations yearly of the resort of your choice but in fact there is always nothing available whether you try make an online booking or whether trying to book with an irresponsible consultant.
Their condition is that you have to book 12 months in advance but this is a lie, because with my 6 years experience whether you make a booking 15 months or 12 months or 6 months in advance, there is always nothing available. Because of their false promises regarding the competition, you are compensated with 20 points which automatically becomes depleted after 2 years and you are requested to buy these 20 points at exorbitant prices. Their capital amount of R 30 000.00 for 30 points is an exorbitant amount and no service delivery. All customers lets strike against service delivery and take QVC to task
