Vodacom - takes your money, then doesnt care

I tried upgrading online to save a few Rand with registration fees (R200 odd). Phone got delivered yesterday and the accessories I received was not what I expected.
The Nokia Lumia 820 has wireless charging capabilities, and so does the JBL speakers I got with my upgrade. Now you would think they work together, but you would be wrong. Same as me and even the salesperson at the Vodacom shop (in Cape Gate Shopping Centre I enquired from). You have to purchase an additional charging mat, that nobody stocks.
I phoned Vodacom this morning at 11:25, selected the callback service and was told I will received a call within an hour. 3 hours later I phone Vodacom again, held the line for 30 mins before getting answered.

Spoke to Nomwazi Dumlisile who kept calm during most of the call, except for a few shout outs she had with colleages on another line. She told me there is nothing she can do to cancel my contract, eventhough I did not sign any agreement (which apparently I faxed to them, but I did no such thing).

I want my contract cancelled. I expected the phone to charge wirelessly and it does not. Now I just have to dock up the cash and Vodacom doesnt care??? Very disappointed!!!
