I have just got itemised billing from Telkom and I see 4 calls to the same 087 number, within the same day, totalling to R47. These were calls made to Mweb (and the following three were due to being cut off by Mweb call centre).
Surely, since I am a paying customer, and had a problem, that was Mweb's fault, I should not have to pay to call their call centre!!!
