I was contacted in June to be told that my line will be upgraded to a 2MB line from a 1MB and that I will need to pay more. I declined and asked to be left on a 1MB line. The sales consultant then told me that he will put me on a 2MB connections until the end of June so that I can experience it.
I was billed end of June for the full 2MB line for the month of July which I did not ask and then I got throttled so now I have paid for the 2MB line but am only getting a 20kb/s download.
I have since cancelled my contract and await feedback for my refund on the 2MB line that I did not ask for. This has been going onto 3 weeks now and every time the accounts consultant just say someone will get back to me.
