I am so disgusted with Cell C Customer Care. I have been a loyal client for the past 2years with 2 contracts, never missed a payment. I upgraded one contract for the Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet which was advertised with a FREE cover. The item was delivered on 19.4.2013 without a cover. I have phoned 3 times was on hold for over 20 minutes and emailed, every time I speak with a consultant it as if I never complained of NOT receiving the cover. Will I EVER GET ASSISTANCE?
