Due for an upgrade the Blackberry Z10 was promoted to me by the store as the latest BB. During the following days I discovered that not only did the phone freeze twice, I was generally not satisfied with it, & my main concern was that I was unable to load BB service. This phone apparently does not support it & it was not advertised either. I returned to the store to enquire about cancellation/swop & as it was within the 7 day period they logged it. The courier was to collect the phone on the Tuesday & the phone was returned. Three weeks later I had not heard anything & the account was due. I returned to the store where I was told the phone had been there the whole time & the cancellation was rejected. The branch could not help me & refered me to Mtn call centre who also could not be of assistance. I decided to email, repeatedly, but to date have had no response, only reference numbers emailed back. As I explained, I did not want to cancel my contract but the phone is not only useless to me as a BB, I was unable to view the phone before & I was also given the incorrect contract price which was advertised as R399 & is closer to R500.00. Please!!!
