Our offices have very poor Vodacom reception and a year ago Vodacom came and put in a booster which was fantastic. In December 2012 the booster stopped working. I contacted the call centre in December to report the fault. They said that someone will contact me within 2 weeks. When I called back the service request was closed and I had to open another. This must have happened 5 or 6 times. I then called every second day with promises that I would be contacted. I've had excuses of "no stock" but someone will call you. I called back and the case was closed. Then they promised me 2 weeks ago and they suddenly had stock but still nothing. I received 1 call on Friday 26 April that someone will call me that day - nothing. Most of the call centre people have no idea what I'm talking about. They have never heard of a booster before. They are fine to give you account balances and when your contract expires. You need a call centre for network problems with skilled operators. My service request no is S3-SH12R-RWB4V. Please give me a number for the networks department so that I can talk to someone who understands the problem.
