Hi

My mother got an sms notifying her that she is due for an upgrade. I logged into the "Vodacom Shop site" and sent a request for the S4. She got a call "08227598" and referred the consultant to me and he advised me that the contract package will be R675 advising me she will be on the same package that she is on now.

My mother went to Vodacom Shop on Saturday 27 April 2013 to upgrade and she was told that the contract is now R720 and she would have to pay R300 for paper work, as she was ready to process everything, she was told they do not have stock available for the S4.

She was told to CALL IN and check if weather or not the S4 is available on stock.

My mother has fulfilled her obligation by applying for the upgrade but the service was not rendered to ensure she gets exactly what she is asking for. This needs to be resolved and attended to with urgency as this is a bad reflection of customers service from Vodacom.

Please call her urgently before she cancels both contracts with immediate effect!!
