Serious lack of service delivery

My husband persuaded me to change from Vodacom to Nashua mobile recently as they promised good offers and service excellence. I soon learnt that it was a case of over selling and under delivering. 5 days After receiving my phone, I noticed that the power button was not working. I sent it for repairs and was told by Lani from the Knysna office that it would take 5 working days to be replaced. To my frustration it took more than a month! In this month I had followed up endlessly with no success and at my own cost and inconvenience. Although I didn't have access to my phone I was still charged in full. Once I finally started using my phone, I realized that my contracted package with an additional data inclusion was not provided as it was sold to me. I'm paying for a contract with written confirmation of additional data, yet it is not being added to my monthly service. This has been escalated to Nashua mobile head office, yet despite Elanie from the call centre's promise to have this issue resolved by 5pm today, I am still receiving SMS's that due to limited data I will lose functionality of my phone. I would have never chosen Nashua had I known how many issues I would be faced with!
