On Saturday I tried to re-active my BIS service and accidentally picked the incorrect option for the reactivation; NEW BB10 Service.
Upon me realising that it was the wrong option i phoned the call centre. A very rude girl answered the phone and she was of no assistance. The only answer I got was "Sorry its your loss".
After the frustrating call I drove to a Cell C Branch In Clear Water Mall. A very nice gentleman tried to assist me, but yet with no luck as there policies does not allow for him to assist me.
Cell C gains R 57, 00 for every customer that makes the same mistake, for absolutely NO service and bad attitudes.
