On Saturday, after searching high and low I found the product that I was looking for, for my son's birthday which was on Tuesday. After doing the order and payment it said delivery would be on Wednesday. I spoke to my son and even though it would be a day after his birthday and he was a little disappointed, he was okay with it. On Tuesday, my son's birthday, I received the payment confirmation but it said delivery would only be the following Monday. I phoned the client service department and spoke to Debbie, I explained the situation about my son's birthday and she said she would make a call and see what she could do. Not long after that the courier company phoned me to say they would be delivering that day before 5pm. What a wonderful surprise and I am truly grateful to Debbie for going above and beyond to make a birthday special. It has been a very long time since I've received such outstanding service and Debbie is a huge asset to your company, I will recommend your company to everyone and hope there are many 'Debbie's' in your company, it is rare that someone cares about the company to such an extent. I am overjoyed and very thankful.
