Phone still not activated after 4 weeks

The Neotel prepaid option was recommended to us and we bought the prepaid hands-free from them 3 months ago. After purchase the phone only worked when you stood outside to get reception. This went on for about a month till we decided to return the phone in order to get a land line version with the antenna. The phone worked inside the house now, but then stopped working all together after a month. We then returned the phone to N1 customer service and they said the sim card has gone faulty and replaced the sim, advising us the activation will take 24hrs. 4 weeks later and several phone calls the phone is still not activated and just says "connect failed". Upon returning to Neotel today, if they cannot fix it on the spot, i will be forced to turn this phone into a very expensive, high velocity projectile at the first incompetent employee and walk away from this plummeting disaster of a company. Very unprofessional response time and lack of education on the technical and service side.
