Incompetent service and lack of knowledge

Good day,

I have had a terrible experienced with Vodacom Columbine Square for incompetent service no product knowledge.

I upgraded on the 20/04/2013 at the store and the Sales advisor (Lucky) was my assistant he processed everything as agreed. He advised that if there was a problem with the phone they would replace it with no hassles and there after the phone would have to go in to the respected centre for evaluation and repair if necessary.

Through out the 7day process i encountered a problem with the volume key and could hardly hear the people when they called and I returned to the shop and the ladies that were on site that day were all moody and not much helpful to resolve my problem. They contacted Lucky which was not available on that day he said that this would have been treated with urgency and Monday he would have feedback for me without fail.

Monday 29/04/2013 came and no sign from the Sales agent in store and I had to keep calling to get information. This has not been resolved and does VODACOM SA know what is urgent and normal course of business CLEARLY NOT.

I want a superior to Call me to either resolve this query as in yesterday or cancel this as a whole!
